Not only is it because we offer so much more than typical governance services but also because, over time, we have observed governance becoming an industry in itself. Whatever happened to good governance being about enhancing the likelihood of success?
We get that for some it’s a bureaucratic burden imposed by funders and regulators. If that’s you, accept you have to have it but let us give you something that also adds value. While we won’t go so far as to say that governance is fun, we will say that enhancing your governance arrangements enhances your organisations likelihood of success while recognising and appropriately responding to risks.
We are here to assure, alert and/or advise. Our approach is to work with organisations developing, enhancing and embedding processes that are informed by best practice but are best fit for your purposes.
We do this by
A professional service delivered to professional body standards.
Auditing the Auditor.
Even the best organisations need to refresh their skills to keep abreast of changes in the operating environment.
Sometimes it can be difficult to see the way forward when you are so close to the trees that you cannot see the wood.
As is frequently said, the tone of an organisation is set at the top. Don’t let your tone be misunderstood.
For both compliance and developmental purposes.
Protection against when things go wrong.
Reducing the burden of competing for work.
