Tender Readiness

As purchasers increasingly need to demonstrate value for money, a growing number of goods and services are being competitively procured.  No longer is it sufficient to be cheapest, you now need to be the supplier providing the most economically advantageous offering.  Consequently, this can require the consideration not just of price but also factors such as resilience, quality assured goods and/or services, business continuity, compliance with legislation, etc.  We recognise that this can be burdensome and are here to make things a little bit easier.

The services we offer range from supporting individual bids to working with your staff to create a suite of policies, procedures and key topic answers to facilitate tender submissions.  We can also manage the feedback process for you translating the positives and negatives of your bids into improvements.  Where corporate information permits, we can also analyse previous misses, seek areas of commonality and show how these can or cannot be addressed.  It may not be ideal to miss out on opportunities but it’s surely better to pass than to invest time in a submission destined to fail.
